Our Promise We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange.

Return Window We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of your item's delivery date.


Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, new condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and clean
  • Free from any stains, odors, or damage
  • Have all original hangtags and labels attached
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, worn sleepwear, underwear, or used accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Gift cards


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our team at contact@miaveriana.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For Switzerland orders: We will provide a complimentary pre-paid return label.
  • For European and UK orders: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Exchanges

The simplest and fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item using the process above, then place a new order for the desired item at your convenience.

We will issue a refund for your original item as soon as it is received and processed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please Contact Us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery).

Contact Us with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your items must still meet the same eligibility conditions listed above (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, etc.).
